We would like to invite you to the International Congress of the Korean Neurological Association, which will take place in Seoul in late autumn. In the age of artificial intelligence, the role of neurology in safeguarding the brain and the peripheral nervous system has never been more important. Precision medicine, as demonstrated by monoclonal antibodies, is enhancing patients’ lives by providing new treatments for conditions such as dementia and migraine. Furthermore, significant progress is expected in the field of genetics. We look forward to spending these two days together, discussing and experiencing the growth that began this year. We wish you good health and continued success and look forward to seeing you in the heart of Korea, where the present and the future converge.

Soo-Jin Cho ICKNA Chair Hallym University Dongtan Sacred Heart Hospital, Hwaseong, Korea

Greetings to all members of neurological societies across Asia.

On behalf of the Korean Neurological Association and as Chairs of the 2026 East Asian Neurology Forum (EANF) and International Affairs, we are pleased and honored to invite you to the upcoming EANF, hosted by the Korean Neurological Association in Seoul, Korea.

The EANF was established in 2007 as a small gathering of representatives and members from neurological societies across East Asian countries and regions. Its goal has been to foster interaction among neurologists and promote friendship among neurological associations. Since then, the forum has steadily expanded. The 11th EANF, successfully hosted by the Taiwan Neurological Society in 2025, brought together society representatives and distinguished speakers from Taiwan, Japan, and Korea, further strengthening our shared academic and professional connections.

Now, it is our privilege to host the 12th EANF and welcome representatives and members of neurological societies from East Asian countries and regions. We sincerely hope this meeting serves as a valuable opportunity to deepen academic exchanges and foster broader collaboration, friendship, and mutual growth among neurological societies in our region.

For this upcoming forum, we will also take special steps to encourage participation from countries and regions that have been unable to attend in recent years due to COVID-19 and other circumstances. We hope this gathering will be a meaningful move toward broader regional involvement and renewed fellowship.

The meeting will be held at Lotte Hotel Seoul, located in the center of Seoul, where attendees can experience Korea's rich traditions alongside its lively modern culture. The 12th EANF will take place alongside the congress of Korean Neurological Association (ICKNA 2026), scheduled for November 26-27, 2026. During the ICKNA meeting, a half-day EANF symposium and an EANF board meeting will also be conducted.

We would be truly honored by your interest and participation, and we warmly invite you to join us in Seoul during this beautiful season. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing an inspiring and meaningful gathering.

With warm regards,

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

We are delighted to invite you to the historic city of Seoul for the first International Congress of the Korean Neurological Association (ICKNA 2026), which will take place on November 26-27, 2026. Co-hosted by the East Asian Neurology Forum (EANF), this congress promises to be a remarkable event that will bring together neurologists and neuroscientists from across the globe, as well as East Asia. The Korean Neurological Association (KNA) has consistently organized its annual conference since 1988, and this year, we will elevate the event to an international level.

ICKNA 2026 offers a scientific program and teaching courses exploring a wide range of the latest topics in innovative therapeutic approaches and cutting-edge neurological research. The event will feature four keynotes by outstanding experts and 12 innovative scientific sessions encompassing neurodegenerative diseases, neurovascular diseases, and clinical neurology encountered in outpatient clinics, neuro-ICUs, and general neurology wards.

With Seoul's dynamic and vibrant culture providing a remarkable backdrop, this event promises to be both professionally enriching and personally memorable. Join us to expand your horizons, and engage in meaningful collaboration with peers dedicated to advancing the field of neurology and improving patient care on a global scale.

We are committed to ensuring that ICKNA 2026 is inclusive and accessible. For all participants, ICKNA promises to be an extraordinary opportunity to learn, share, and inspire.
